The Irrigation Service Technician responsibilities include overseeing the servicing of all systems, as well as, ensuring full functionality. Performing and overseeing repairs (billable work), contractual work (checking and adjustments to system), and writing service tickets for all completed service calls. This includes repairing and maintaining valves, tracing electrical components, installing and initializing clocks and timers, locating existing valves, and performing all necessary repairs. Adhering to company safety policies and ensuring that all public and private entities are safe. Ensuring that all customers are completely satisfied through effective and proper communication. Relationship building and regular site visits. Salary commensurate with experience.

Individual will provide support to the Inventory Assistant Manager in varying degrees of demands in a fast pace environment. A team player that possesses excellent communication skills both verbally and written are required along with excellent computer skills. This individual will report to the Assistant Inventory Manager and the General Manager.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Provide support in maintaining accurate and acceptable inventory levels. Tracking must report shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment. This process ensures continued operations and avoids product or inventory shortages. Accurate records of inventory levels and location for easy retrieval is critical in keeping the department organized and efficient. Assistance will also be given in receiving and shipping and logging all incoming and outgoing inventory purchases.
Weekly physical inventory counts will be required in accordance to company
policy. Reconcilement of the inventory counts to the internal records must match to protect against inventory misuse and theft.
Assist with all daily yard duties as related to the pulling, loading, shipping, receiving and care of on site plant material. Background in Horticulture/Green Industry with Plant Identification knowledge is preferred.
All other duties as assigned.

This individual must possess a solid horticulture background with a preference of an A.S. Degree and plant identification. This individual will be working with multiple managers with varying degrees of demands in a fast pace environment. A team player that possesses excellent communication skills both verbally and written, computer literate, ability to solve problems independently and detail oriented.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to maintaining accurate and acceptable inventory levels of live plant material, familiar with inventory principals and possess the ability to write and streamline procedures to ensure accurate and timely inventory reporting. Perform physical product audits, spot checks and trouble shoot areas in question to ensure an ongoing effective inventory system. Tracking will recognize shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly so areas of replenishment are acknowledged. This process ensures continued operations and avoids product and inventory shortages.
Accurate records of inventory levels and location for easy retrieval is critical in keeping the department organized and efficient. The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for communicating with all department managers and purchasing on inventory levels and locations in addtion to maintaining records of all transfers and/or disposals is a must.
This individual must be physically able to perform physical counts of product to ensure the accuracy of inventory in accordance to company policy and procedures. Reconcilement of the inventory counts to the internal records must match to protect against inventory misuse and theft. Must become an expert in utilizing the inventory computer program along with being a resource for all users of the system.

The Nutrient Management Supervisor is a key ancillary position that works closely with the Farm Manager to develop and perform the appropriate Agronomic Programs for our farm. This role requires
excellent two way communication. The Pest Control Supervisor oversees all of the technicians
that apply products and make sure that any employee applying even a small amount does so
correctly.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Train employee technicians in BMP and new products.
Perform annual training for BMP testing.
Continuous field training of technicians in proper diagnosis of problems.
Know the current agronomic program and apply the latest information to diagnose issues and
recommend treatments.
Ensure the company is compliant with FDACS regulations.
Maintain spray records daily.
Create and update all MSDS binders for the branch.
Shop all purchases with vendors for cost savings.
Monitor forecasts and schedule around major weather events so labor and product waste is
minimized.
Supervisor education:
Open minded mentality to new products and processes of prevention and curative methods.
- Physical demands of the position:
Physically fit enough to walk during property inspections. - Able to sit at a desk/computer for up to 2-3 hours at a time.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
- Able to effectively handle stressful situations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license reflecting a clean driving record
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in growing farm pest control.
- Strong work ethic along with the ability to lead others by example.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office along with a variety of mobile applications.
- Effective written and oral communications skills.
- Willing to work an irregular schedule that may include Saturdays.
- Advanced knowledge of local plant species.
- Advanced knowledge of plant disease, insects and pests.
